【Approved Subsidy Results】2025 Summer Student Club Regular Subsidy Approved Results. Please complete the reimbursement process by Tuesday, September 30, 2025!

★ The approved subsidy amounts for each student club are listed in the attached announcement and have been recorded in the Student Club Information System. Please complete the reimbursement process by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, September 30, 2025!

Reimbursement Guidelines:

  1. Electronic Accounting System

  2. Activity Application Requirement
    Activities funded by this program must submit the Student Club Activity Application Form and Activity Proposal 7 to 14 working days before the event.
    The application must be submitted to and approved by the Student Activity Division in accordance with regulations.
    → Clubs must actually hold the event and obtain prior approval from the Division. Failure to do so will be deemed a forfeiture of the allocated subsidy.

  3. Reimbursement Time / Location

    • Time: Before 5:00 PM on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.

    • Location: Student Activity Division

    • Procedure: Prepare all required documents and valid receipts, and proceed with the reimbursement through your club advisor.

  4. Review Consideration
    To maximize the impact of club subsidies and ensure fairness, from the 2024 academic year onward, reimbursement percentage from previous cycles will be taken into consideration when reviewing future subsidy applications.
